What led you to do an open-door policy? A lot of the time I don’t even know what I’m thinking until I have a question to form my thoughts around, so I welcome questions. Besides, entering the world for me mean being part of a community. I have that lecturer-type rhythm where I throw something out there and then become a moderator of the ensuing discussion.
